cool- let the season begin- get so sick of all these rumors-
surrounding me everyday-
i just some time-
some time to get away-
from all these rumors-
cant tyake it no more-
 
well,if 1 more season is all he wants to play,he wants to win,and his open to being traded...i say send him to Dallas to play with Zach,and we get a draft pick or player for player swap.
 
who is going to gve us anything for a player who is only going to play one more year.7th round draft pick at best. We might as well keep him then when season is over he can go make Game Plan 2 with The Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol,you maybe right,but if i read that right what JT said,and i think i did,he also said he wants to win in 08,and he won't be winning with us,i say send him packing and get whatever we can get for him.
 
If you're going to play then get your a** into camp already. Jake Long needs to learn how to defend against a speed rusher and Merling could use some tips on your way out.

Its obvious that we won't get much for him after announcing he's only going to remain another year, especially not a #1 if that price still holds true.
 
Contraire, I think the one year ploy is about weakening the Dolphins position, I'd call his bluff and force him to play his last year here, unless he's willing to commit to playing longer than that elsewhere.
 
JT actually thinks he got the last word in today at his presser but, just watch out and see what BP has to say in reguard to the latest comments JT has made! BP is in total cotrol and has been since day one.The one more year will not intimidate BP in the least. BP has not planned his season around JT and is going to do whats best for the team and not JT!!!!
 
We beat the Jets the first game of the season and I bet his attitude will change. Not that one game would do it but beating the Jets is huge and difficult.

We beat NE twice and my god, JT will absolutely change his mind.
 
i am happy with JT'S tone with this presser, now if the phins want to move him i have no problem, i like the fact that he wants to win, but also i like the fact that he will play for the phins if they cannot get value for him, JT handled this very professionaly
 
Its amazing how crazy this has esculated. I hope one day the true facts come out. Whatever happened between them two was apparently intense. Without knowing the story Ill make a general statement that may or may not apply here. It appears to me like we possibly had a who is in charge around here fight. if that is the case jt should of known better.
 
No one is going to want JT if he is just going to retire after one year anyways. JT is gonna have to play for us this year or retire.
