Those comments by Merriman is pretty funny, but I think it was enough to motivate Jason Taylor to make sure Shawne Merriman doesn't get near the DPOY prize.

This may get ugly for Peyton like it got ugly for Rex Grossman. I got a feeling Jason will be playing with a huge chip on his shoulder on a MUST WIN game for the Indianapolis Colts.

I for one don't want a cheater to earn that prize.
 
I don't think so, Tarik Glenn is very good and Peyton gets rid of the ball so fast I don't see a huge game unless he gets a FF on a RB.
 
Hells yeah I hope he destroys Indy. I really want him to win DPOY, he has had such a greater impact for us than Merriman has had for San Diego. Merriman is a great player, but honestly there is no comparison.

On a side note, Ronnie better destroy Indy's D, because I am trying to win a fantasy championship and my team has definately missed Ronnie.

Ronnie at RB and Miami at Def, and I will be the champion!:evil:
 
If Ronnie doesnt rush over 100 yards today i'd really start praying for ricky's return...
 
If Ronnie Brown doesn't get over 100 yards rushing today I will be very disappointed.

I agree. I think Taylor will have a good day but to have a dominant day against this team is going to be really hard.

Too bad we didn't get to play Oakland twice this year, who knows how many sacks JT would have had.
 
JT always dominates. Today isn't anything special. He'll destroy Peyton as he does most QBs.
 
Lets not forget our secondary is banged up. When Indy goes into their spread sets we are going to be hard pressed to cover their WRs for very long. JT will be lucky today to get multi sacks.

It will be a challenge no doubt. But here is hoping that he does have a great day. After all the Merriman stuff this week what better to have him put in a especially great peformance just to add credence that he should be the defensive player of the year. Prediction; one sack, one batted ball, and at least five tackles for JT.

Even more reason we need a big day from JT and the front four/blitzing. Put pressure on Peyton and that can help our secondary so much.
 
ronnie will probably rush for 97 yards in the 3rd quater, then mularky will unleash his POTENT passing scheme....and cleo will throw 73 passes in the 4th quater...ronnie will run 2 more times, both sweeps, both running back passes.....

but in all seriousness, i hope he gets 100+
 
I think JT has to force a couple fumbles and maybe get 3-4 sacks to seriously put this stupid award back in his favor. I think Bailey may have it almost locked up from what the guys were saying this morning on the Sunday Countdown. They said that there is no single player defensively that dominates his part of the field more than Champ Bailey. They also said that he pretty much eliminates 33% of the field or more in the passing game. I want JT to win, but I think if Bailey wins, no one here could really complain.
