As you know, Jay Fiedler has the unfortunate task of following up one of the greatest QB's in NFL history.

I am constantly defending Jay. Alot of people say he an overachieving joke, but I think he is a very VERY underrated QB who will win more games then he loses.

The only game he lost was the Chiefs game. Everything else was the fault of the defense or poor coaching. Other then that, I felt Jay had turned the coner and that the Phins were an official powerhouse who would probebly have ended up with a 13-3 record if not for his unfortunate injury.

What I saw vs the Denver Broncos was PROOF that Jay was the QB of the Miami Dolphins, if it wasn't for his injury and a trio of underachieving WR's, then Jay would have most likely ended up with 3600 yards passing and 400 yards rushing with 25-30 Total TD's.

Alot of you people here feel Jay cant do it. Of course he can. Ray Lucas cant do it, but Jay can.

That injury showed just HOW IMPORTANT to the team he is. He is the hidden wheel that makes makes the machine work that not only makes opposing teams respect the pass but he also forces opposing defenses to account for his scrambling abilities.

The Dolphins last year where a 13-3 Team. If the WR's can play better and a backup of equal ability is behind him, then this should be the year the Dolphins finally erase all the late season demons that have haunted them.

Who is with me that Jay Fiedler is worthy to be the Dolphins QB this season?????

Wharf!....Quick!.....Where is that tomato dodging smiley??.....I need it!

Dude you are opening a Pandoras box on this one.
Many (and I am one) feel like Jay was terrible in the last two games (Minnesota and NE) go back and check his stats. Terrible in every aspect.

My feeling was that Jay was very good before the injury, and not very good after. In todays NFL to win it all, that isn't good enough.

But either way, this topic has been beat to death on this board. I doubt many will want to jump into the fray, again.

Yeah...no offense xnought....I was only kidding with the previous post...You may or may not know about the fights that can start over a Jay fiedler thread....it's not pretty....(second shudder of the day).

After his injury, he wasn't quite as good. He was decent against the Bears, really good against the Raiders, pretty good against the Vikings (Check his stats) and pretty crappy (but still not his fault we lost that one) against the Pats.

I think with a FULL training camp with Norv's system, he'll be even better than last year before the injury. He's gotten better every year so far, I hope the trend continues.

Doesn't really look like her. Must be that photo itself or lost some weight. Carmen usually has that round face I love so much.
