Leaving #Miami after visiting the @miamidolphins I think this may be my pick for team that makes a huge jump. Head coach looks young but has major attitude and great eye for fast-paced offense. Clicking w tanehill and of all people young WR Kenny Stills somehow actually grew up@& into a leader. I like this team's potential.

Just thought I'd throw this out there. If you are looking for some hope for this team, well, maybe there's a ray of it for you.

I expect the offense to take a big leap but I also expect us to be in a lot of shoot outs this year

we'll see if we can win them

was this before or after the Dallas game???

Hard to imagine that kind if projection after the product we produced last Sat night.

I also think our offense is going to take a big jump this year, but I'm really worried about the defense. I think with this wide 9 and our linebacking corps we're going to get gashed.

I think this team has a much brighter future with Adam Gase as our HC. He has that swag and "it" factor we've been missing. However, we will need to temper expectations for this season. A good coach will help cover deficiencies within the team but we have a lot of concerns heading into this season. I just want to see this team fight and play with fire every week. I want to see them be competitive and leave it on the field.

Phins up.

I think the coach is the right guy, but not sure if he has enough talent - willing to play to potential - to get it done.

This assumes he makes the prediction based on preseason results, but sounds like he's basing this on his visit and being around the team.

Agreed. A number of us have been saying for a while it will take a while for anyone to see what this team REALLY has. Say, 8 games. By that time, the OL, LBs, DBs have geled, rookies have learned from early mistakes, the players no longer have to think - just react. Add in the coaches are learning too. I want to see the team play with intensity and emotion. No more flat starts. No more 'play not to lose.' If Miami can stay close to the top teams, I call that a win. No blowouts. By week 9, the 'real' Miami team should start to appear.

Sounds good to me! Much better than our typical 23-17 endeavors.

i guess he forgot about our defense? the defense will ruin many games for us this year with their pathetic play

i just wouldn't expect it week 1 vs seattle...it's gonna be tough to score on that d and they got the right recipe on offense to give us serious problems...run the ball and work vertical in the passing game

We'll get a chance to see where the offense is at very early. Seattle will most likely move the ball easily on us so it will be on Tannehill to put at least 20 points on the board before the 4th quarter.
