This is interesting. Darlington is a good reporter, he covered the Redskins a lot for a few years after they drafted RG3, I am very interested in his view on Shanahan

for us in particular as he would clash with Tannenbaum like any alpha HC. Says we need a beta personality to work with the Tannenmeister, someone like Jackson will work because they have a relationship
