I'll pass. We need to develop a young QB. If Henne or Thigpin is not the answer, we need to go get one in the draft. If we were 6-2 right now and in the playoff race, then maybe you bring a vet like Garcia in.
 
well considering we just traded for Tyler Thigpen i think he isnt on the dolphins radar....he is a scrappy player no doubt but he is west coast system guy and wouldn't fit here in the first place.
 
I like Garcia, but the trade for Thigpen puts him out of the picture. Besides, Garcia is best suited in a West Coast offense.
 
Bring him in ONLY if we can get a second round draft pick for Pat White

Pat White...second rounder...How's that working for the team

Old, I like the fact we have a young guy who can be here and compete for the job. If he wins it he's young enoough to keep it for the next 10yrs. Garcia would be good if we were a Super Bowl contender and needed a guy to come in with experience. I like this move more and more. We dont have to put all of our eggs in one basket and we can give White a chance to develope.

Thigpen is younger and Garcia is not in our future plans, whereas Thigpen may be around for a while....at least he has experience. I thought he did pretty well in KC even though he didn't have much to work with.
 
I would have preferred Garcia but we had already made a trade.
