Majeed: JG, I cursed out Mike for not emailing you back. Anyway, Fins better or worse with Green on board?

Jeremy Green: (1:50 PM ET ) You should have cussed him out!! Fins are better with Green. I just think they are going to be so much more efficent on offense and there will be less mistakes. Green will take care of the ball. With Cameron now too, Ronnie Brown really becomes the focal point of the offense. I still hate that they cut McMichael but they will be better. I thought he could have been huge in this offense.

Well i must concurr and i am glad i am not the only one that misses the randyman ,just his infinate wisedom alone is hard to compensate especialy when he butted heads with wanny . you know i spend my hard earned money on a jersey and then poof ricky did what he did and then surtain and randy got traded. oh well it doesnt matter if you wear a jay feidler jersey or a surtain jersey just be a classic dolphin fan and you are cool in my book.:cooldude:

whats this all about. Who was emailed about what?

As much as I used to like McMike I had no problem with the cut whatsoever. He was overpaid, overrated and I just didn't see the effort. Some of his drops were really painful to watch and he seemed to have allowed himself to get fat and soft. At times he looked really slow out there.

Ya know what, Randy McMichael had countless opportunities to step up and become a leader on an offense that had none. Every year, dozens of sportswriters said "this is the season" that he ascends to greatness. But I never saw it happen. Some say Randy was full of potential. I think he was full of crap. I'm glad he was cut, because it showed that Cam saw through the hype and, based on performance, got rid of someone being paid too much to deliver too little.

I don't think Randy is the real "athletic" type Cameron wanted out of his TE. I think Martin gives us the ability to stretch the field a bit more than Randy. I don't think it was a matter of David Martin being better than Randy or any of that, but I just think Martin fit the offense better than McMichael...in Cam's eyes. I also believe that Randy's unwarranted 3 million $ signing bonus had something to do with it as well.

yeah....what he said !!!

Seriously, my feelings exactly...I kept waiting for his performance to catch up to his mouth and it never happened...

Randy will be great with another team. Who's our tight end now BTW???? David Martin. I hope he has a great year.

normally a coach should/could tailor his offense to a players skills

but with the new conduct policy, it wouldn't be worth it in this case

our TE of the future wasn't in the cards for this draft, but he will be found soon enough
