Nothing earth-shattering , but I hadn't seen this tidbit anywhere-

"Do you expect the Jets to open up things a little more?


I expect them to take a few more shots down the field than what they normally do. That has always been their philosophy, particularly against us."

I wonder if Wanny is actually telling the truth about what they expect from the Jets....Wouldn't that be pretty stupid? (no smack, I'm serious)

I've seen articles saying the Jets will not open it up. Hackett is stubborn, plus he doesn't wanna get Vinnie killed by having him hold onto it too long, but I would certainly expect them to take a few shots downfield. I can just see the battle going on in Dave's mind "Alright, they said they're not gonna throw it deep, which means they probably are gonna, but then again they probably think I think they will, so I'll just put Jamar Fletcher out there and see what happens. There's an awful lot to master, Bates help me out! Excuse me, I have to go return Ron Jeremy's call, I think he wants his mustache back."
