Is it SAFE to say....the Dolphins have gained ground in AFC East with out doing a thing for last 2 days???
Jets=New Coach,Pennington?? Curtis Martin????
Bills=Owner is NEW President? 80 yr old Levy as GM?
Thanks Wayne for the Nick Saban Hire more and more each day.....

How many of those teams wish they had to make a change last year when Saban was contemplating the job?

Your right..... They both look like they are heading in the wrong direction

Losman - showing no signs of life..
Clements - See ya later
Moulds - See ya later

Abraham - see ya later
Ty Law - see ya later
Trent dilfer??? that will be a joke if they pick him up
not to mention jets are beyond tight for cap space.

After this season, it was hard to imagine a team being able to go backwards from the Jets and Bills, but they did. Although the Bills didn't quite take the backward step the Jets did. The Bills will still be competitive in some games and surprise a few teams who take them lightly. Also, it may not take long to get some talent in Buffalo. Marv Levy may be old, but he knows football talent.

I think the Jets get better with a new coach. edwards is a good motivator, but that's it. pennington shouldn't be to difficult to replace. it also helps to plan with a qb who actually makes it through the season. the jets biggest problem is by far their salary cap.

Ralph has been the team's president every year but the Donahoe years. I'm pretty sure he can handle it.

Moulds will still be here with Marv coming. Not sure what's going to happen to Clements, hope he stays, but we can always tag and trade and brag in value for him.

Spikes will be back next year as well, who knows how he'll be though. If he plays up to his ability, and we have a solid offseason (includes brining in someone to replace Gray) we will have a tough defense.

Jury is out on Losman, like to see what he can do with a real OL.

I think the Jets are going to be a bad team for the next couple of years, they got alot of work to do, they need a Running back and QB, as for the bills, i dont think they are in that much trouble, i think they will be better and i think Losemen is goona have a better year next year, i think they could be a threat

I'm thinking they're all getting scared of Saban and leaving the AFC East before he kicks them out.

Their failures increase our success, so hope those franchises fail miserably for the next 10 or so years. :D

The Jets really faces some serious issues. Looks like a new coach, probably new offense and defense.

Will Penny ever be healthy, and able to really throw, again? They have to eat about $12 million in cap space (if memory serves) whether they keep him or cut him.

In fact, they are will need to cut left and right to get under the salary cap, and some good players may be gone.

What about replacing Martin at HB? He may be too expensive, and old at this point to keep, but who gives them a running game next year?

The Bills have issues too, but not near as bad. Will Losman turn it around?

The Dolphins look good in comparison, but have work to do to catch up to the Pats.

I think we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves because they were all saying the same things about us last year...

What is wrong with bringing Levy in? So what if he's is old, he is a football genious. I think it was a great move and he will do a much better job then TD.

We brought Levy in and got rid our OC Tom Clements, who had his playcalling duties taken away from him in the middle of the season, he was that bad. I dont see how we have taken a step back with these two moves....?

I guess we are just giving you the same **** you Bills fans gave us last offseason when we hired Saban and brought in a whole new coaching staff.

Even without that happening, I couldn't see eather team getting back to .500 in atleast 2 years.
