Ok, so the Jets, not the Patriots won last night. And another former Dolphin, Jay Feely, like Cam Cameron before him, helped contribute to another Dolphin road block. Why am I supposed to care about last nights outcome? If the Patriots had one, it wouldve been meaningless as I see us beating them again, although probably not nearly as badly as Cassel has come on, but the Patriots are most likely to miss the playoffs mainly due to injuries. They cannot get through the last 6 games and make a push in this division. So that leaves the pond scum that is the New York Jets. As I understand it, by Farves own admission, he didnt even see his receiver open which led to the Jet TD in Miami which game NY the win in a close matchup. The Jets had to fend off in OT no less a injury prone NE team and now face the undefeated Titans. With opponents like San Fran, KC, St Louis and Buffalo (which is not in Buffalo) left on Miami's schedule and with the Jets still having to travel across the country to play at Seattle, a place that is not easy to win at even though Seattle's record isnt that good, they are a very good defensive team. I like Miami's chances IF they can win these next 2 games to setup an AFC East Division Championship on the line against an 80 year old Farve led Jet team who spent 120 million dollars and is EXPECTED to win the division. The Dolphins were 1-15 last year. No one expected them to be contenders this year and this has NY nervous because they spent all that money and we're right there with them. The Jets will fold in typical NY fashion much like how the Mets and Yankees have, most notibly the Mets at the hands of the Marlins the last 2 years. The Jets can have the Miracle at the Meadowlands. I'll take the division crown and keeping the Jets out of the playoff race any day. And if youre a Jet fan and you think, well theres no way that can happen? Think again. You havent played the Broncos yet, a team Miami owns a tiebreaker on. You lost to San Diego, a team Miami owns a tiebreaker on and you havent played the Broncos yet, a team Miami also beat. My guess is that Denver game is going to be key as well. 7-3 looks good on paper but look at who the Jets played. They should be where they are because other than Miami they havent played anyone formible. I'll take a 5-4 tested team any day of the week. This is why the Jets will choke in week 16.

Wow...nice post. I think you meant "won" not one

Put down the beers. You mentioned the Broncos twice. Gotta be sure they respect you dude.

As long as we keep winning. Our destiny is in our own hands and the title is ours to win or lose

I thought this was going to be about how they bashed us after getting Chad Pennington, and now they did the same getting Feely

I cant wait for Miami to destroy the Jets to win the division lol and hopefully destroy the jets chances of the playoffs.

It would be sweet revenge for oh so many times the Green Sludge have upsetted our plans. We still have not properly administered either a beat down or come back win in a grand fashion to avenge the 2000 MNF disaster. When I think of screwing up the Green Sludge I think back to 82-83 playoffs and 14-0 (AJ Duhe baby!). We need to get on a hot streak vs. the Jets in the next few years to overtake their lead in the series history.

i dont unferestimate # 4, he is a great QB

i dont underestimate # 4, he is a great QB, The jets are a dangerous team, like it or not, i just hope our game has meaning when we play at the end of the year

:sidelol::sidelol: it's funny, no matter who play it's always "look at who we played", before we beat NE everyone thought we'd lose to NE and we beat them but now of course NE stinks. Miami has beaten 3 teams w/ winning records(NE, Den and Buf), the Jets have beaten FOUR(NE, Mia, Ari and Buf). 4 is better than 3, right? 20 is better than 14, right? 7-3 is better than 5-4, right?

You do realize that the "hail mary" TD Favre threw to Stuckey was in the 2nd qtr, right? You had 2 1/2 qtrs to come back and beat us and COULDN'T like usual.

The Jets will fold in typical NY fashion. When is the last time a Miami team won a Championship? Last I checked a NY team won earlier this year.

Denver isn't very good and you guys have to play NE again- you aren't sweeping them, at Buf(they are much better at home), oh and at the Jets where you NEVER win!

Before you get ahead of yourself worry about tomorrow and not about div titles. You have a young team that has very little experience w/ winning and those types of teams tend to lose some games they shouldn't and win some games they shouldn't.
