He will keep their defense afloat but the offense will likely remain a mess.
This seems like a dumb move from the Jets. I figured Saleh would get canned at the season's end. But to do it this early into the season, when you're tied for second in the division, is a head scratcher.
I'm going to echo others and say Rodgers had something to do with this. Don't see how it makes sense otherwise.

Something tells me Saleh is OK with this firing. Between the NY media, Zach Wilson and dealing with Aaron Rodgers. and couldn't sign Riddick this year after trading for him, coaching the Jets seems like zero fun.
