I disagree. The criteria has finally stabilized this year. There may be some mistakes, but the criteria is clear.

But that doesn’t mean they consistently get it right. That’s the maddening part. I think we will see the same thing w PI for a few years. Honestly I wish they didn’t introduce that one.
