Actually similar to Atlanta in this cycle, with the GM and HC vacancy and Matt Ryan running the football operations as the President.

Yep that way if lets say your target really is to trade for Kyle Shanahan

Or one of these Offensive Minds say I love the job, I cannot work with Beane as GM he has a blind spot on WRs, so if he wasnt there I would take the job. and they are your NO 1 TGT, Beane and Terry can easily bring in the New GM without any impact to Beane. Bills Scouting that has found gems in rounds 4 and below stay intact, and if your Coach thinks Beane had issues with the 1st and 2nds you get your GM to address.

Best way to keep draft intel protected while keeping flexibility in your HC coach not having to tie them to Brandon Beane the GM

Also I think Terry wants to step away from the Day to Day (Kim ran it before her heart attack/stroke that left her well barely able to function to live rather than run a NFL team). Beane's promotion will allow Terry to do that.

Yet we've still won Super Bowls and they havent, and we've beat them more head to head.
I can live with them saying whatever they want. They just lost a great staff and they will not be the same. Those guys had Barfalo always ready for us.

Lol at McD pulling his interview with the Bills yesterday...he's witnessed Ross, and after that sh1tshow with Brandon Beane he's like fvck that place and the Jill's mafia hahaha...yeah who's laughing now.

Daboll who was a collosal failure in NY and a high school football coach are you're best targets...lol...that sucks!!

Yeah mccoach would be crazy to go there right now. He needs to learn under harbaugh and he gets to go be a Cali boy again.
