Bills Scouting that has found gems in rounds 4 and below stay intact, and if your Coach thinks Beane had issues with the 1st and 2nds you get your GM to address.

Best way to keep draft intel protected while keeping flexibility in your HC coach not having to tie them to Brandon Beane the GM

Also I think Terry wants to step away from the Day to Day (Kim ran it before her heart attack/stroke that left her well barely able to function to live rather than run a NFL team). Beane's promotion will allow Terry to do that.

That’s wishful thinking. Beane is the GM. I haven’t seen anywhere that Buffalo is looking for a GM.

We also poached their very highly regarded STs coach away from them, Chris Tabor. That got their panties in a bunch.
 
Bills picked Joe Brady to be HC. Haha. They laughed at our new head coach. He looks like Vince Lombardi compared to Joe Brady.

Once you take the “internal nature” of the hire and the disfunction perception this is a quality swing. And has the chance to be a homer or a double play with game in the line and runners in scoring position.

I don’t know. I see a young Offensive mind that built the NFLs top scoring offense with no WR1 given the keys to the car. I am fine with that.

The thing I am watching if who is the DC. That is the issue fixing that defense. Looks like Jim Leonard is likely the choice here

You’re a quality poster, and I respect your work.

This offseason has revealed that the Bills owner and GM are a huge issue. The Bills are keeping the same offensive scheme. If they can’t do something different with the offense, I really don’t see much changing.

Relying on Josh Allen to save the day every week practically by himself is not a recipe for success.

As much as I hate the Bills, Josh Allen just has to shoulder way too much...the weight of ****ing Buffalo!
 
All that talk & interviewing ... then they promote the Assistant!!

Looks like there was truth that McDermott criticized Peculiar & Beano about the Roster Lack of Talent. (was said that happened 5 weeks before canning.)
