Jim Bates might get Head Coach

It looks as though Jim Bates will finally become a head coach. I have been hearing that the Lions have interest in him being their head coach and if the Packers part ways with Mike Sherman, he will be a strong candidate their as well.

I meant if Sherman is fired in GB that Bates will be a candidate as well. Sherman won't be in the running in Detroit.

He has been coaching the hell out of the Packer D. I mean that D was supposed to really suck, and BAtes is having them play really nicely. I hope he ends up in the NFC, I really want him to succeed. I dont want him to succeed against us thouhg.
