13:54 PT: Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to terms with free agent QB Jim Miller (Bears) on a one-year deal. The contract is expected to be worth $655,000 in base salary and a signing bonus of $25,000.
