Jimmy Johnson to be inducted to the HoF.

He totally belongs. I would never say he was a brilliant X's and 0's coach, but he was a great motivator and he revolutionized the way franchise's looked at and handled the draft.

Screw Jimmy Johnson anybody can talk about his success withthe cowboys fine and dandy. But it's time with the dolphins he's a quitter, blamed everyone else but himself and then set us up for the mediocrity that we've had since then.

That's BS...His drafting and the players he brought to the fins set us as a quality team for years. His only mistake was his support for porn stach...

While he basically inherited an offense at the end of Marino’s career and he didn’t really upgrade the offense while he was the head coach, he did a great job of leaving a lot of defensive talent on the roster when he decided to retire.
It is just a shame that he burned out so soon as the Dolphins HC because if he had only been hired when he was younger, I have no doubt he would have taken the Dolphins to the SB. He was a hell of a coach when he was younger but he just didn’t have the same fire in his gut in his last few years with the Dolphins.
 
Should of been in earlier.

Could of ran the 90's with even more SB wins had it not been for a butthurt owner.

While his time in Miami didn't live up to the hype, he at least set up a great foundation for the defense moving forward.
Just couldn't strike gold twice when trying to find a RB and WR in the draft.
 
3 out of 4 years in playoffs which helped contribute to playoffs from 1997 -2001.

Lol those seem like glory years now. To think I use to be pissed when we lost in playoffs back then.
Now we can make them once a decade.
