I agree with Sherman being gone.
I agree with Ireland being gone.
I think OL coach Jim Turner should be gone, like right now.

And I think Joe "index card Philbin" should be fired. If Ross doesn't have the stones to pull the trigger on this guy this year then ok. But Philbin is NOT a leader, he's not head coaching material and should be in the office taking orders from a leader, maybe Dawn Aponte? (Joking). The only thing this guy was good at was his challenge calls and some appropriate timeouts, I'll give index card boy that because we didn't have that with Spraporno..

This guy has NO personnel experience, I remember reading a post on Finheaven he was banging his hands on the table to draft Egnew??? Dawn Aponte knows personel?? The guy sucks.

People will find excuses for Joe again.
 
I'm not feeling it with index card Philibin, glad to here I'm not only one who shares this feeling.
 
Can we at least get a new GM first before starting these asinine threads. So ridiculous. We fire the OC and GM and we know we have Philbin for another season, and already people are assuming we are gonna have another losing season.
 
Why don't we all just STFU and bask in the moment without any cognitive dissonance?
 
if we dont make playoffs next season, no doubt philbin will be gone, and everyone on the roster will need to be reevaluated to see where we stand with them, specifically the qb position, that is again if we miss playoffs next year.
 
Hey, If Philbin doesn't get this team in the playoffs next year then I think he should take the money left on his contract and a case of index cards go DFR. I don't care if we go 10-6 but we miss the playoffs. I don't care if the refs make bad calls which cause us to miss the playoffs. I don't care if we have a receiver wide open in the endzone with no time on the clock to win the game and a bolt of lightning strikes the ball, causing us to miss the playoffs. No playoffs next year should = no Joe Philbin after next year. And they better find somebody to pick the players because I don't see how index Joe is the answer. Ireland made his fair share of terrible picks, but he also made some very good picks. (Wake, Grimes, Pouncey, Odrick, Hartline, Wallace, Clay, Tannehill,..etc)
 
I happen to like Index Cards. It looks like Joe will be the Coach in 2014, but if we don't make the Offs next year, back to the drawing board.
Nothing wrong with voicing your opinion man. Negativity is not blasting deserving Folks (like Sherman and Ireland) it is negative to endorse losing and missing the playoffs.
I still feel like we should be playing this weekend, but we are not. Maybe next year...
