You have a lame duck coach right now. There is little doubt of that now. I would be very surprised if he recovers, but I do like surprises. However, I don't see it. So what do you do? Who leads if not Joe?

With Ross as owner no one is ever dead in the water. I expect an extension just like he did with Sparano and Ireland

If you're thinking in season that won't happen.

I would tend to agree. I have supported Philbin for the most part.....but the mistakes and miscues keep happening.

I think regardless of the outcome, there will be a change in the HC at the end of the season. The HC is the face of the franchise in a lot of ways and Joe doesn't project the image of confidence and toughness that is required for a NFL team.

Then you can relax because they are not winning 7 games.

Don't want to through in the towel but you look at the schedule it's hard to see more than 6-7 wins. Anything is possible but odds aren't looking too good that's for sure.

The team has some talent but who are differnce makers on this team? Wallace and Wake? Who else could even step up and try and control a game for us?

Jax... 2 with the Jets...Vikings.....that should get them to 6.

Right now...I don't favor them in any others.

6-10 will end Philbin for sure.

Unless Tannehill improves his consistency I would go QB in round 1 and not extend him beyond 2015.

still a long way to go, that will be determined over the final 11 games.

I have some major concerns after the Green Bay loss going forward.

How we lost that game is just so deflating. Rumors swirling that the players weren't happy with play calling afterwards. That's a game we could have won and didn't due to a lot of mistakes at the end.

Dolphins really need to have a bounce back game on Sunday against the Bears and that's no easy task going on the road.

Knowing our dolphins we'll win 8 games and get a lower pick in the draft. In reality we should win 5 or 6 games but we'll win a couple more to draft lower.

Holding onto my original prediction.

If Fins don't make the playoffs PERIOD, Philbin is gone.

Don't care if we finish strong, etc. Playoffs or fired.

If by some Miracle we finish the season 10-6 and don't make the playoffs, he has a sliver of hope he stays.
