Simple poll. Do you approve of the job coach Philbin has done so far with this team?

Those of you who approve get a free psychological exam along with your post.

You win the best venting poll of the season thus far.

Hey, does anyone else remember last year when firing Coyle was a possibility, and I posted, "Hey, does anyone know where Wade Phillips is?" Yeah. That was fun.

Probably nobody else remembers it. And I understand. I'm gonna finish off this six pack now.

No his team barely beat an average Washington team and lost to an awful Jacksonville team. His team is making the same mistakes that they have been making since he started coaching here. His team always starts slow, and most games they can't finish. He doesn't get the most out of his players. He may be a nice guy but he is not a quality NFL head coach.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Philbin is the worst HC the Dolphins have had except for Cameron. I'm convinced even Sparano would do better with this team...

at what point does the coach be held accountable for a teams performance? Jacksonville had no business being in this game. However, as is the norm, the dolphins came out flat. For contrast, look at NE against buffalo. They came out and established their will. Philbin, continues to underachieve. Dude is an awful coach.

Yet again they come out flat against an opponent that they should have beaten and have to play from behind. Not sure how anyone can defend the staff any longer.

Two consecutive late-season collapses. The locker room turmoil happened on his watch. Should have been fired at the end of 2013.
