Just wondering now that it is official joe philbin is the head coach of the miami dolphins. Any ideas on a potential staff? Any big names? What do you guys think? Does daboll stay? thoughts?

Daboll is gone. Offensive philosophies do not mesh. DC will probably be Bowles. I guess he might pick some position coaches from the Packers. Any ideas on OC anyone?

Bowles is pretty much a cert for defensive co-ordinator according to many of the reporters... would be great if we could bring in clements as the OC..

Bowles was strung along in the interview process so that we could keep him as DC. Who knows who'll become our offensive coordinator.

Hopefully Tom Clements for OC. Maybe Kevin Greene for DC. Sheer (potential) badassery, there.

Don't hold your breath on the big names from GB. Clements won't come. Moss won't come. OC's a bit of a mystery, but it would be funny if Philbin decides to call the plays for once. Bowles might get the DC job, but it would be pretty cool if Greene is convinced to come down and take it.

Jason LaConfora reported that McCoy was not interested on bringing Bowles in as DC but that Philbin was fine with Bowles. So, if true, it looks like Bowles will be DC.

As for OC, I am not sure why Clements wouldn't move up to OC in GB.

There were reports that Philbin would bring Clements with him. Also, Clements would be calling the plays here unlike in GB.

If Clements came here, I would have an orgasm. I only wish that was a hyperbole.

Chances are Tom Clements will just move up and become Green Bay OC, it would be great if he came to Miami though

There are a lot of reports saying a lot of different things and, as we've experienced, they're rarely true. Clements would have the title of OC, gameplan, and still work with the QBs. It doesn't seem reasonable that Clements would turn down the promotion in GB to uproot leave Aaron Rodgers and the best organization in football just to come here for no good reason other than to call plays. It seems very unlikely. I wouldn't count on it.

Don't hold your breath? Moss wont come? Clements wont come? What are you basing this on? I guess you were in on the negotiations? You know nothing more than the rest of us.

If he isn't calling the plays, why would he want to move up in GB? In Miami he would probably be able to call plays at the very least and bring the challenges of coaching up a QB like Moore or Flynn is they should sign him, or a draftee.

True. None of us know anything. We'll just wait and see.
