I agree with that assesment and I hope sheets and hilliard will surprise us with something spectacular.
 
i'm not worried.

Ricky : 27 rushes 157 yards 2 tds 4 rec 65 yards Out of the pro-set, allowing henne to open up the passing game.

Polite smashes it up the middle twice on 3rd and 1.
 
dropped balls...

in the nfl if you dont do your job you shouldnt get paid(ted ginn)...if you go and work on somebodies house whether your a plumber, hardwood floor guy, electrician....you dont get paid if the jobs not done right and NFL players are makin millions and millions of dollars whether they catch the ball or not? its ridiculous, you should have to perform to a certain level to make your check not just show up cuz thats all Ted Ginn does on sunday...he shows up, but not to play...



about Ronnie tho, he is injury prone and this injury hurts the team, all we can hope for is Hilliard or Sheets or both can perform well enough to compliment Ricky when he needs a breather to get wins.
 
Cant wait to see what ricky does with 20+ carries. Has he hit the wall yet or can he still that 4th quarter monster. No doubt the loss of Brown hurts if its for more than 2 games given Ricky's age. But my gut tells me Ricky can still hand out a beating as a feature back for a 2-3 game stint.

Remember when ricky came back and did it that year when he had that scragly beard? dudes in the best shape of his life. he can take it. :fhpotd:
