The defense has stepped up enough, all Joey has to do is put points up on the board. The most our defense has given up all year is 21 against pitt. That's pretty good considering our offense has done absolutely NOTHING. All joey has to do it be like Big Ben. He doesn't have to win the game by himself, he just has to make less mistakes and get the offense to put up some points. I figure we can win any game we score 24 in, and scoring 24 is doable.

I know and it is funny reading the Jets forum, they think they will go right down the field and score on us with ease and their running back will get 100 yards. Their fans are such a joke.

I guess you mean the Big Ben of last year, don't you? If so, Big Ben had a running game last year, we do not. Therefore, Harrington needs to take some risks in order to score points. And as for the 24 points is doable. So far we scored: 17, 6, 13, 15, 10...

All Joey needs to do better than he did last week is not throw those picks and finish off drives with TDs, and not settle for FGs. (Although, Mare missed two FGs, and we punted well within his range due to field conditions. That 12 points, and with those, that's a win.) Of course, Joey can't do it all himself, I think the person that needs to step up even more is Ronnie Brown. Joey just needs to eliminate the picks, and he starts the rest of the year.

he better not play like big ben this year

Where are all the play-makers at??? If I were a skilled position player...I would be real worried because if this play continues with poor offensive showings, then you know the Dolphins are going to draft some play-makers in next years draft. The offense is horrendous and so is the special teams play, Nick needs to get these guys motivated because they look like they are just going through the motions.

The whole TEAM needs to step up, stop the mistakes and penalties. Win a damn game!

A Game against a team who has won a game.

Joey gets the luxery of first stringer reps in practice this week. That's gotta help, right?

That's funny that they think that when the Pats couldn't even do it with a better all around offense.

It kind of goes back to last year doesn't it? Frerrotte just had to be the 'caretaker. In essense, thats all Joey has to be. From reading threads.. it's not likely that he has the big gun for the deep ball.... But i did like how he got the ball off to the shirter passes. I like how McMichael was utilized more. I find it hard to see Chambers having a big year unless he really works on his pass catching. Welker is just so reliable. He catches everything. Chambers needs to match Welkers reliablility. Joey has obviously chosen to stick with the guy that produces.
Granted Chambers is double teamed alot. But I guarantee Welker isnt going to under defenses radar for ever. And if he still produces... all I can say is WOW.. what a find.
well the cards have been dealt... lets throw our weight behind the starter for now... and hope the team rallies and steps up their game.
