Joey not coming out of game

All the data was right there for the audience during the game that Porter would not come out of the game and go to the sidelines. I never understood when everyone wanted to run around and call this guy Pezzy and stuff like that. what the hell is a Pezzy....no please don't tell me.

If you take days off, go out Friday night, don't come off the field when told too, don't have many sacks, put yourself above other vets, say less than positive things about the rookies....

Take a hike, discussion over. No poll needed.

And please I fully understand he is doing it all on purpose.

But remember, he was allowed to take those 2 days off. Friday night he was only appearantly out till 10:30. Manning is notorious for staying on the field when the coach wanted to punt, he lead the team in sacks.

Your last 2 points I would agree with. As a leader, he should never put himself above the team as a whole. He really didn't say negative things about the rookies though that I can remember. It's just his ego and ****iness coming across like he is dissing. When in reality all he is saying is that he thinks he is better. Nothing wrong with that. However, the way he says it makes it wrong.

But I think that Porter in a very strange way is implying that the Coaches and staff were putting the development of the rookies and young guys ahead of the teams overall success. In a weird way, I could see his point.

I am not really trying to defend Porter cause he's gone off the deep end. I am just trying to keep it in perspective and actually listen to what he is saying. Not to what I wanna hear or what I perceive.

But if you listen to what he is trying to say, he is actually correct in a lot of it.

Well with Grimace and Porter looking like they might be on the outs, this was the best season for it to happen.

Dansby/Hawk/Spikes/Mclain/Weatherspoon/Johnson/Hughes. Both of them could be easily replaced. Heck a 2nd could be good enough to get Ryans as well.

What parts is he correct on? I really don't care what Porter has to say as long as he produces on the field but he really wasn't. Wake looked like a muich better pass rusher than Porter and he Should have been playing ahead of JP. I really don't want to hear the people who say Wake is/was bad against the run and in coverage either because JP sucked at both of those as well. Joey was pretty much just a pass rushing specialist that played every down. The problem was however that he wasn't the teams best pass rusher and he refused to come off the field even when the coaches finally realized it.
