My uncle is an achitect in Greenwich, CT. He took me to a remodel were the house was to have 100,000 heated sq/ft when complete. Sick stuff.

Actually..right now would be the perfect time for him to build a house in Miami or somewhere. I know the prices over here are down like crazy. They'll go back up though here sometime in a year or so I'm sure. They always do...
