Mike Lombardi mentioned something on NFLN this afternoon, about the Dolphin Organization not having a direction ... it is telling that a totally new coaching staff, can feel this kind of tension so soon after being hired!!! To be honest I believe it's starts at the top with Ross, who rubbed many NFL Types in his pursuit of Harbaugh while Sparano was still the coach!!! Too many players, coaches, executives and media types are all coming out of the woodwork talking about the Team as if they are a lowly organization!!! Even LaCanfora mentioned receiving tweets, from NFL Personnel People, after Flynn agreed with Seattle, saying Miami has no direction or plan!!! I'm stunned at how far the Dolphins have fallen, since Parcells took over ... Ireland while he has spotted his fair share of talent while with Dallas and Miami; has not done the job as GM, in Miami, due to his poor personnel skills ... He really needs lessons in that dept, and because of his lack of it; he has played a major part in this debacle ...

If Ross would just hire a competent well respected GM ( at whatever price he has to pay to get it done) then say he was stepping away from interfering in the team ( whether he really does or not perception is more important at this point) to let the football people run the team a lot of this would clear up almost immediately.

Burnett was just happy to get a contract offer after San Diego let him walk, Bush was traded here he didn't have a choice, and we threw a boatload of guaranteed money at Dansby so i don't know if any of this speaks to players willing to play for Ireland when all choices are comparable.

Did any of these guys SIGN to play in MIAMI? Dansby was the most sought after ILB/MLB on the market. Burnett wasn't 'just happy' to sign a contract. Being he was sought after also. And Bush was locked up before he was traded, so he couldn't hit the open market.

All these guys, with the most recent dumb ass, Soliai...signed on the dotted line to play with the MIAMI Dolphins. You may think otherwise and that is your choice. But I'm not living in fantasy land. I'm not making things up in my mind, I'm actually seeing who Ireland has brought in.

You can make up 'reasons' for these stupid guys for signing, but I will let them signing on the dotted line, with GM Ireland watching. As all the proof I need.

Also...Ireland doesn't play football, so IDK how any of these players were going to be able to play 'with' him.:crazy:

The current players would be called mercenaries for doing so and I have called them a lot worse this past season as i watched them go winless for almost half the season.
LOL, flynn Isn't here because they didn't overpay for him. I could say it was Ireland that scared him away and unless they paid more he was more impressed with seattle's front office

Finally since you like to say that we are not privy to the facts it could be that Solai didn't want to move because he likes his pool and stucco house, nights out on south beach with Lebron.
