Joey Porter is trying to do whatever it takes to get us over the hump.
Joey says the reason he was so successful was due to the situation he was put in. He says the 3-4 compliments him very well.
Joey praises the system and 3-4 saying it really helped his game and said when Cam was here they were playing him out of position.
Joey said JT will add sacks to this football time. Joey said this is the perfect time for JT to come here, because he wants to come back. Joey said its up to the coaches, but JT would help *** pressure and would get to the QB. Joey says you can ask for him, but not pressure the coaching staff cause after all the help get to 11-5 last year, but JT would help.
Joey said this year will be tougher, but they will be ready.
Joey says Cam is someone they are counting on and said anybody who can get that many sacks should be productive. Says the kid should help and said he is happy to have him.
Joey said you need to dominate pass rusher in the 3-4 and hopefully Wake provides that. He praises Roth and Anderson, said it was their first year in the 3-4 they helped and were able to disquise there weakness.

FinAtic8480: good summary but by the tone of this voice, JP didn't sound too high on cameron wake. I mean, it's understandable, wake isn't proven at all in the NFL but PORTER's surely not as excited as we are. Either he wasn't showing it or he hadn't given Wake much thought and wasn't expecting the question from big OR he's not too high on Wake at all since he could be a possible replacement down the line.

ahhahaha half of the nfl teams? you might want to check that, please if you show me that 16 teams were interested i would like to see that, cuz i remember hearing about 4-6 teamsyeah.... and also over half of the NFL teams pursued this guy. Well the guy was a beast in the CFL (guys still gotta have game to put up silly numbers) and is a very dedicated football player, whats not to like?
I dont see how he is cutable, so much raw talent, if that is the case Ginn is cutable as well cause all he is is raw talent nothing more. Wake will play decent to good on his first year.
