Joey Porter’s replacement praises “Peezy”

I thought this was about wake at first but its about james harrison. Im not suprised his former teamates love him. Porter isnt a T.O. type person that will divide the locker room but he brings the whole team together, hes our emotional leader like he was when he was in pittsburg.
 
Good props.....both ways, here's hoping the Peezy don't get fined no more.......really seemed to kill his spirit late in the year.
 
Funny, for a guy "a few" fans on here have issue with, he sure has a lot of people saying good things about him. Obviously not just the Dolphin players, but former Steeler teammates seem to have quite favorable memories of the guy too. Obviously he's doing something right in the lockeroom!! But I'm sure someone will feel the need to say something negative. Not only does he lead by example on the field, but he leaves a good impression on his teammates and coaches...yep, no leadership qualities at all.

Guys like Porter are more important than alot of people think than just sacks. We needed team leadership badly and thats another thing he brought to the team. Chemistry and team spirit do make a differance.
 
Yup but leadership plus 17.5 sacks take take you alot further...

How effective was Pennington?

We didn't lose that game because of our defense. Porter is doing more than just trying to get sacks in our defensive scheme. Flacco didn't exactly play well in that game in case you weren't paying attention...

im sure Joey wishes he was as good as james harrison but what does that have to do with anything. I guess it depends on the type of player u are. Im sure some OLB's would love to be as good as Joey rushing the passer but would also love to be a better all around player than Porter.

Neve said people want to be the class clown just saying he is always well liked . I doubt Harrison wants to be Joey Porter he wants to be as good as possible like most players.
