Nobody even mentioned Welker in this game. This kid continues to prove he can do it all. Put him at QB and let him throw passes to himself :sidelol: Seriously, I thought WW had an awesome game. MVP in my book.

People are starting to expect this kind of performance from him and he has been unbelievable, might be time to pick him up for my FF team.

I love Wes Welker as much as the next guy does but seriously if he is our best offensive player, as it appears at times, we are in serious trouble. We need some guys to step it up and give this guy some help. He's a great complimentary player but in no way should be featured.

You are right my friend! He is something else!

oh hes been drafted over here, and has seen a fair amount of playing time, but he can never get in the endzone, never. he'll do all the work, get it to the goal line (whether a catch and run, or a return) then its someone else to put it in.

i agree, guys like RB CC and RM should not be outperformed by welker. like keyshawn being upstaged by chrebet.

the reason people talk about joey more than welker is because all of us know welkers job and there isnt much argument but with joey everyone argues he is better than pepper or the other way around

Maybe it's my dirty mind, but there is something perverse about what you just said.

I'm glad someone agrees with me. I do like Wes a lot and don't want anyone to think I'm picking on him. We just have some more talented guys who need to step it up a lot. Wes Welker being our best offensive player, and he has, is not positive.

well said, it's like his kickoff returns: great effort, a step slow. tough, fearless receiver, good hands, not a gamebreaker. of he's your "go to guy" you're a loser and this is no offense to WW!

I guess we are also in trouble because he is a our best special teams player as well. Let's hope we don't add him to our defense or you guys will sweat that one too. Give me a break!, give credit where credit is due. To me he is the modern day Jim Jensen.

I give him credit, he has been great. Chambers, Booker, McMichael and Brown should be better, that's all I'm saying. That catch at the 5 or 6 today was terrific.

One a side note is Marty Booker made of glass. Seems he has come up lame at least once in every game this year. He always gets hurt when nobody hits him. Strange.

Welker would look even better if the rest of the receivers could get open a little more. Wes is starting to get too much attention. Somebody else needs to make them pay. McMike had a better day today. That's a start.
