I personally like what I have read about this guy. Apparently he is a sleeper in the Draft. The guy had a real big year last year and in my opinion is very underated. I remember watching the combine and they were talking real good about him. Could be a steal in the later rounds if we dont find a QB in day 1 of the draft.

Beck is a solid QB prospect. He shows the intelligence, patience, and toughness to sit in the pocket and make throws all over the field. He is an efficient passer that sees the field well, and does not force too many passes. He has improved his accuracy every year and is extremely accurate 20 yards and in. In the pocket, Beck shows the toughness to stay in and take a hit while delivering a strike, but also shows the mobility in the pocket to elude the rush and find his receiver.

Dom, being a VIP member, you must know that Boomer is really high on this guy. I think he has potential the only thing that worries a lot of people is his age.
 
He could go either way....I like him too...the thing about him is that you're not sure what you're getting cos of the system he was in....he's not as good with the deep ball, at least not yet tho he could improve...he had big numbers but part of it was the system....if we can't get Stanton I'd take a flyer on him or even on Trent Edwards.

I've liked him for 2 years.

He has everything that Cam likes in a QB; smart, intelligent, fiery, a leader, accurate. He reminds me of Rich Gannon with a bigger arm. He's tremendously mobile, he takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin' and he makes plays.

I think he'd be a very good pick.
 
He sounds like a solid prospect to me, the more I hear the more I like him.

Gamble? How appropriate; becuae Edwards would be a major long shot.

JB is the best QB to come out of BYU in some time. There is a better chance he'll have a career like Steve Young or Jim McMahon than Edwards will like Elway or Plunkett.

All that being said; I am still for Rowe from NV-Reno or Kolb From Houston.
 
Dom speaks a different language than the majority.
