States that both the GM and HC are in trouble if they do not make the playoffs.

States the new coach will want to turn over the roster because of the locker room issues and that could take two years.

I am depressed.

Start today...why wait....

Get a legit coach/gm combo, draft well and don't overspend in FA, use the talent on your roster correct.

I'll give Tannehill 1 more year and I guarantee a new coach will too, if he fails then go all out to draft his replacement *cough* Jameis Winston*cough*

Gotta do what ya gotta do. The Trifecta rebuild didn't work because we had 2 puppets for one guy, and the current regime picked a bunch of people who should probably just be sitting in a field picking daisies they are so dumb

I am happy. This should be good news. What ever it takes to win again I am for.

Or we can ignore this give them another year and have meatball part two? **** I know what route Ross goes.

Can't because of the investigation -- at least I do not think.

Fire them right now for on the field performance, not for anything to do with the investigation. End the misery.

I am deathly afraid right now that Ross is going to be as loyal to Joe Philbin as he was to Jeff Ireland.

Jeff Ireland had everything he could ask for this offseason. Tons of $$$ for FA and loads of draft picks and this is what he gave us…

Whoever the new GM is needs to do what Jimmy Johnson did after Shula mortgaged the future with free agents. Cut Ellerbe, Wheeler, Wallace, and anyone else who is not a fit and makes too much money. In a perfect world, I'd rather restructure Wallace to a humble contract but I doubt his ego will agree with him. Take your lumps up front with salary cap hell and move forward.
