I don't know the whole story but I do know its deeper than just one prank and he leaves the team to seek help and quite frankly so should every other person with an IQ above that of Forrest Gump.

The difference is "intention", but "intention" is "perceived." Depending on how it is "perceived", any "prank" can be considered "bullying"; depending on the "perception" of the prankee. So, your premise is the one which is wrong...

WOW so its the eye of the beholder who determines if its Bullying wow. Any one can perceive anything doesnt mean its so. There has to be an intimidation factor for it to be Bullying. Incognito and the team has to be trying to intimidate JMartin. Bullying is to impose will and power over someone. And those who bully use prank as a tool to bully. But pranking alone is not Bullying. JMartin can not just all of a sudden cry wolf and claim "BULLYING". That is weak and show how fragile his personality really is. If JMartin was not intimidated by his teammates, but was just annoyed, it is not BULLYING regardless if he cries it or not.
