He has to have surgery on his turf toe and could miss 4-6 months. draft stok will drop, just like frank gores did.

"Mike Mayock, of the NFL Network, reports University of Oregon RB Jonathan Stewart has a big toe injury that MRIs are recommending surgery to correct. He faces a four-to-six month recovery with the surgery."
now this is just an update and is no means me saying we should take him if he falls to the 2nd but if he does fall really far.....hhmmmmm

i can see him there at the end of round 2 now that he has this surgey and is going to be out 4-6 months i would like him if he was there in the 3rd having him and ROnnie in the back feild would be awsome

shouldn't fall too much. Still a physical speciman, and from what I hear he'll still workout in some ways.

Plus, if McGahee can get drafted in the first after getting his knee destroyed, so can Stewart with turf toe.

Gore was never healthy at Miami. Stewart has had minor nagging injuries, but has always been healthy.

trust me...if he is still there in the second, dont be shocked if Parcells drafted him, because he didn't draft Brown, and we all know Parcells brings in his own (people)....just go ask Scam Cameron....

You people are something. The worst he would fall would be to Seattle. Even that I think Seattle will trade down to grab him.

Seattle probably not since they've signed TJ Duckett and Julius Jones. The Cards are a distinct possibility with Edge not doing to well with YAC. The Texans need a playmaker at RB. Hell, I would not be shocked to see the BUcs (Caddy coming off a brutal knee injury plus the other 3 backs are 30 plus), or the Steelers (Parker's leg, Davenport not being overly impressive as a starter) take a chance on him.

This is far from a huge stock dropper considering he was a mid first rounder no matter what, and there is no way any RB surpasses him on the rankings (depending on where you have him and Mendenhall ranked that is)

i dont see him falling out of the first round but if a miracle happens and he is there in the second i would love to see stewart in a fin uniform
