Kind of expected, but it's a good choice for him. Hopefully he goes on and protects his brain from any further damage. Cameron, even though you didn't produce as expected in Miami, I have to tip my cap to you. You are one tough SOB.
Best of luck to him. He may not have worked out as a player, but he is still an honored member of the Dolphins family. Health is more important rich guy, take care of yourself.
I wish him the best. I feel bad for him, but this was the right decision. It's not worth risking a serious injury and living with a disability for the rest of his life.
Thank God. The damage he's already done to his brain is irreversible, but at least he can begin the healing process with some cognitive functioning -- and dignity -- still in tact.
