OK, He's had 2 coaches, the team has improved. I see about 5 GM's that are there consistently, KC, Philly, SF, Balt, & GB. There might be another 6 or 7 that have good teams every 3-4 years, good being making the playoffs sometimes. That's 12 of 32. While I'll acknowledge that the NFL is an "Ole Boy Club", where are you finding fresh talent for GM. You want change but look at the last 3-4 GM's that have just been here. All were dismal failures by your standards(mine too). Specifically how do you address this situation? Look at the Jests! Way worse that us for years. Yea, they made the AFC Championship game a few years back with Sexy Rexy, but that's an exception. BelleCheat was a great GM as long as he had a seventh round QB who became Thor himself. Change for the sake of change itself is often counter productive. Every good player on this roster was found by Grier, we even made the playoffs a couple times. So fire his @$$ and find you a re-tread like TannenBum... I'm addressing a different issue, and that is talent utilization. They need to play tougher, that's on the Coach.
