jason taylor wants to be known for his acting ability 10 years from now! Im tired of him! Ive supported him for a number of years, but i hate what he has become. he really doesnt care about miami dolphins football, he only cares about himself. For someone who is a big ricky williams supporter i sound kind of like a hypocrit. What have you done for me lately jason? Ricky Williams is 236 pounds of muscle ready to make a difference! You? you are cheating on an organization that has given you millions so you can go hollywood. whats next, american idol?

I cant wait to see you thursday! :)

Would you people just relax? It's the offseason he can do whatever he wants. He will be here when it matters and he will work hard. I bet he will have a great season and thats all that matters. I'm sorry but I'm just so sick of hearing all of this bullcrap people are making it a much bigger deal than it really is.

yeah damn you and your incredible ability to get to the QB!!! we have an incredible amount of talent just waiting in the wings for you to step out of the way. yeah your one of the best DE's in the league, but you come a dime a dozen these days. you going on dancing with the stars is the present day rickey williams retirement after the draft and subsequent pot episodes. there is no way you can get back in football shape quick enough to play good this year!!!! lets all jump on the bandwagon YEEEHAAWWWW..............

let it go he's still the best player on the team for what like the last three or four years running you guys cry over everything...

How many paycuts has Taylor taken over his career for the good of the team?

Jason taylor WILL be traded to a team in contention during the season... I'm pretty sure of it. One question though, who will replace Taylor once he is gone?

Porter?

regardless of what happens with JT,i want our Phins to do good this season, and be competitive in all their games, and also win a few.

Do you guys think JT is not in shape? I can definately tell you dancing will keep you in shape, and I am not a dancer lol!

I mean seriuosly are the mini camps in full pads etc? JT is probably more lean now, quicker, and agile for it. Is he stronger? Probably not but he may still be lifting weights too.

He is a pro, a very good pro. Do you think he is out of shape? Its not like he has put on 50 pounds of fat. If anything he is in great shape right now.

Dancing with the stars has been on for awhile now and JT is in good shape, probably alot better shape than many others on the team.

I look forward to this year as he grabs ahold of Brady and gives him a dip, many of times.

I only wish Keith Traylor was on dancing with the stars last year. His fat butt might of been in shape when the season came about.

I dont worry about JT at all. Right now he is the only true pro on the team!

we all really only have concern for #1, when it comes right down to it!

1) LMAO your kidding right who is you to question him like that? 55 tackles, 11sacks, 1 int, 4 force fumbles that's what he has done lately.

2) secondly Jason Taylor earned his million, he wasn't a first round pick with a high salary, he was a 3rd round pick in 1997, which means he work his butt off to be where he is at right now. The only person that got cheated is the organisation for allowing a Dave Wandstache and Rick Spieldman waste away years of draft pick without putting other good players next to him.

3) seriously take a chillpill its not that serious.

Oh! My God!

1st. Is he not supposed to have and prepare for a life after football? What's the problem here?

2nd. What's he become? The NFL D MVP!!!! 2 freakin' years ago maybe? The NFL M.O.T.Y. last year maybe? One of our most consistently productive players maybe? Always a good guy maybe? Always a good citizen maybe? etc.. etc.. etc... Oh my god! He actually has a life outside of football! He actually has some other interests! DAMN HIM TO HELL!!!!!

3rd. Show me somewhere, anywhere!, where he's actually said that. I'm curious what makes you say that. You know what's in his head? You must be Kreskin(sp?) or something because I know he's never said nor implied anything as such. Actually he has recently said the opposite. He said he's really eager to get back to the field and start working with his teammates.

4th. Nahhh! He cares about his team and his teammates....... You ever see him on those A.S.P.C.A. commercials? He cares about animals also. ... on a side note; After seeing those commercials, I always woder how he reacted to the M. Vick thing.

5th. Yeah! A little. It's o.k.! There's time to reflect.

6th. I love Ricky, but hasn't JT been a little more proven, a little more consistent, not as much as a trouble maker? He's never left the team high and dry(no pun intended), has he?

7th. How the f--- did he do that? By being one of our most consistently, high producing players? Did he cheat and quit and go to some other team?
Remember when Strahan and many others have sat out for most of the pre-season?...and most have come back to have good seasons, which is not the point because JT hasn't done any of that...GEEZ!!!!

Truly, Truly freakin' sad......:boohoo:

You people who turn on Jason Taylor, one of the greatest players in the history of this great franchise, because he wants to lay the groundwork for his future outside of football down, are out of your minds. There is no basis to be angry at Jason Taylor for not participating in voluntary workouts with his team mates. Especially when he has served this team admirably for over a decade. Has Jason Taylor ever proven that he is an unreliable player, who consistently fails to perform on the field and needs this extra work outs to stay in shape? Never. Why people continue to make a big deal out of this, out of nothing, i just do not understand. STOP already.

Wow! Sorry man! Now I'm really starting to dig you!:woot:

Well you're not alone, there are plenty of people on this site and various others who have turned on JT because of his life after football decisions. Acting, writing a blog on ESPN, working for NBC during the playoffs. Thats just silly to me. This guy has left everything on the field for this team, given everything he has, and we're so quick to turn on him. He's the man of the year, a stand up guy, not some arrogant drug abusing jerk who skips training camp because he doesn't want to go. Show him a little love people!

Wanting to be known for his acting in 10 years just means he wants to be successful in his post football career. It doesn't mean anything about his love of football.

Fact: Most of my fellow dolfans are a bunch of f-ing drama queens. All of you need to quit worrying about what JT does with his life, and go get one of your own.
