The Dallas Morning News reports free-agent-to-be RB Julius Jones doesn't want to be in Dallas, and the Cowboys don't want him.

Anyone think Mr. Jones will follow Tony to Miami? He would give us a good backup behind Ronnie, maybe fill-in until he's healed.

No way to Julius. We're loaded in the backfield. What we need is an OL/DL and a good secondary...oh, and maybe a WR or two! LOL

we definitely do not need more RB's... especially for money he would ask for. we need to fix our weaknesses and holes in our team, which is basically every other position!!! funny or sad???

No. If Ronnie's prognosis is good, then we're set at RB. Even if Ronnie prognosis was questionable, I have faith in Chatman, LoBo & RW to fill in. We may draft a RB late, just to experiment. But I think we have way too many holes to fill to be looking at FA RB's.

Go Fins!

I never thought too much of JJ, actually I feel he started way to long.

I Say You Get The Right Qb First. We Have Capable Backs, I Want To See The Old Rw Bustin Chops Again With Rb.

I'd bring him in....

As good as Ronnie Brown looked last season. You just can never be too sure about these ACL injuries, and if you think Ricky Williams is a reliable replacement you are mistaken. IF Ricky even manages to make it to camp come July, he's not exactly the 2002 pro bowl leading rusher Ricky Williams anymore, he's 31 and he hasn't played a full season since what, 2003?

Jones gives you a guy who can step in if Ronnie struggles early or is re-injured. He's a good back, not a great back, and if Ronnie is healthy and can play it gives you one of the best 1-2 RB punches in the NFL. Not to mention the pressure it would take off of Ronnie, he not having to be this teams entire offense and end up getting 450 touches coming off that knee injury.

Julius is a scrub. He couldnt even produce behind a massive offensive line with three pro bowl starters in his contract year. No reason at all for us to consider him.

No sir. This is probably our deepest positions on the team.Way too many other needsto be thinking of a running back.

If Ricky Williams is "depth" than this team is as deep as the inflatable kiddie pool at my neighbors BBQ's.

And while i like Jesse Chatman, he's hardly as established a HB as Julius Jones, especially when Jones presumably knows the system that Sparano is running and over his career is more experienced and seasoned. Especially in a two running back offense.
