i know its a little early, and a lot of this will depend on the draft, but who do you all see getting cut by the phins come June 1st? and also, who do you see other teams cutting that Miami might have some interest in?

exactly, plus, to cut Seau at this point just seems pointless, he's restructured his deal, he proved last year he can still be effective, and plus, we have a group of young backers that would be learning from two of the best in Thomas and Seau.

Dont be so sure. Him restructuring make it an easy cut after June 1st. The question was asked who would get cut aFTER June 1st. I think we have a good chance to grab a dynamic LB with our 2nd rounder. There will be plenty in the 2nd round. We will have a 2nd rounder, and it should be in the mid of the 2nd. Perfect to grab one of those dynamic LB's. No one knows for sure, but if we do, then I see Jr as expendable.

you do realize that its very possible that a bunch of the LBs we have now could easily be cut due to their small size. Thats the whole reason Seau was kept (he's 6'3) and Spragan was signed (6'3 as well). Saban wants tall backers, and the guys we have could be on their way out
