AS THE MASTER OF GREAT IDEAS I FEEL A TREMOR IN THE FORCE SO I BELIVE WE SHOULD TRADE A RB FOR QB KEN DORSY BECAUSE BERLIN WONT MAKE IT AND KEN COULD VERY WELL FLURISH IN OUR SYSTEM.
PLUS DORSEY HAS A GOOD ARM AND THEN WE COULD OPEN UP THE QB COMPETITION (SPP)
ON ANOTHER NOTE, WE SHOULD KEEP TE HOLMES AND THAT OTHER KID WHO IS FAIRLY GOOD , DARN I FORGOT HIS NAME . SO GANG WHAT WOULD BE WRONG WITH DOING THIS TRADE PLUS CUTTING LEE AND MINOR MIGHT BE A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

I GUESS HE WILL GET A EXTENDED VACATION ! AND WE JUST BAILED HIS *** OUT OF JAIL YESTERDAY.

your right what was i thinking ? with all the kaos going on around me i lost my edge , it wont happen again. deep down i have a feeling we will draft a qb next year so i think that we will have to hope gus and aj and get the job done.
 
hey phinfan 90 i didn't know that you were from lawton? what about qb from ou paul thompson man i am impressed with him , only he is a freshman.

Pual Thompson aint a freshman,he is a red-shirt freshman but he is now a junior, but yea he is very talented. The freshman u r thinking of is the great Rhett Bomar. He is just as fast as Jason White when he wasnt injured, lol, and he can throw better than him. Look for teh QB posistion to be no prob for OU this year.
 
Alright Brock Berlin is not going to make the team! There is no way he beats Sage for the 3rd QB spot! Plus Ken Dorsey doesnt have that great of arm strength! If he makes it in the NFL, it will be in a west coast offense. We need a QB with a strong arm to make all the deep throws in Linehans offense!
 
Dorsey isnt bad. He isnt going to win any QB Challenges, but he has enough arm strength to play in any system. Just because he had to play in the West Coast Offense when he went to SF doesnt mean that is his preferred (or most suited) style. Before being drafted Dorsey had a weak combine but followed it up with some strong individual workouts in which most coaches commented that he could make any of the throws asked of him...long or short. Biggest weakness was accuracy when flushed out of the pocket.

All that being said, I doubt Dorsey would make the team over Sage
 
If we were looking to trade for a QB i would like us to take a look at Chris Simms. I think we could get him cheap, and he has played good the few times he has been able to play. his biggest downside comming out of Texas was that he choked in the big games. wich yes that is a problem but one i think he could over come.
 
Ken Dorsey i think IMO is better than Feeley the guy in Maimi would be pretty good u just never know hey it took Brees sometime to wake up

I really hoped we would go after him when the Bucs resigned Griese. He has the arm needed to make the throws that Linehan is going to call, AJ does too but it would be nice to have a back up plan that isnt what 36 years old.

Going after Dorsey or Sims would be like trading used cars. I'd rather keep the one where I know where the squeaks and leaks are.
