Hopefully I will not get flamed too badly.

Here is a thought, how about we do not fill B. Carpernters roster spot with another LB instead fill it with a kick off specialist . I am super happy with Dan Carpenter as our Field Goal Kicker but his kick offs are really lacking. We really could use a guy who can boom the heck out of a ball.

It would be nice not having the opposing team catch a kickoff already on the 10 yard line. Would you be willing to carry two kickers?

Yes the FB (Anderson) took B. Carpenters spot. I would be fine with the idea of 2 kickers, in fact it has been done several times in the past though not lately. It's a shame that Fields can't kick off therefore you don't sacrifice the roster spot.

Well it sure would make kick off coverage a lot easier if they never took it out of the endzone. I noticed Carpenter never got it past the 5 yard line on his kickoffs against the Packers but then he's able to crush a 53 yard FG...go figure. He was doing better earlier this year with his distance on kickoffs but not so much against the Packers.

I really don't know who's out there as far as free agents that could be a kickoff specialist.

Kickers are barely football players so with all due respect my friend I think we dont need 2 kickers and 1 punter that's too much wasted space in guys who wont go out there and lay the wood. In the other hand on sunday GOD FORBID we loose dansby for 1 quater and Crowder gets legs cramps and who the hell is going to play out there at the ILB next to Dobbins???

I wouldn't mind of we had two kickers, but I would much rather that we only had one.
