Just curious as to who you will watch....

So I'm curious. With our QB's now and the talent coming out of college. Lets assume that Saban won't acquire a QB via Free Agency or trade for one. Which QB's in college are you looking at mostly? There are the big names which I'll list below....

(in no particular order)

Chris Leak- Florida
Vince Young- Tennessee
Marcus Vick- Va Tech.
Matt Leinart- USC
Etc...

I know it's early but I want to get some good looks at these guys since college football is starting as well.
 
Omar Jacobs... I have had good looks at Leak, Leinart, but Jacobs is that rare, Culpepper , McNabb type big, strong, mobile.

Leinart is a no-brainer to watch and the #1 overall draft spot is his to lose.

Vince Young (form Texas, not Tenn) is a 1 trick pony and will not make it as an NFL QB IMO. He's a terrific athlete, but is a below average passer even at the college level.

Marcus Vick has a lot to proove, on and off the field. He should not look toward the 2006 draft, rather the 2007 draft.

Chris Leak is a nice player, but I'm not sold on him as a 1st round talent yet. He's a great athlete which I like, and he does have impressive passing numbers, however every Florida QB has always had good numbers......I'm 50/50 on him right now.....I will watch him closely.

Omar Jacobs from Bowling Green looked like a stud last year in the limited times I saw him. He will be VERY interesting to watch.

Didnt know vince young tranferred and I wont waste a minute scouting Vick who id worse than his Overhyped brother. Leak Lienhart Jacobs and some dark horses will amerrge a couple weeks into the season.
 
This year I promise that I'm going to watch some college ball. I've been meaning to the last couple of years, but I worked on Saturdays, so I didn't really get the chance. Now that I don't anymore, I'll force myself to watch it. From what I've heard from everyone, I want to check out Omar Jacobs. I don't think we'll be bad enough to draft Leinart, so I want to check out all the other QBs and see how they are.
 
Let me throw in another name in there Charlie Whitehurst. He has a Aikman like build and a gritty style of play to match, watch for him in the ACC when the Canes play Clemson. But my bet is we get Jacobs.

marcus vick is suposedly better than mike but another qb ill be wacthing is charlie whitehurst
