Why are Evans and Vickerson inactive yet Holliday and Zgonina are playing DT? Two BIG young guys that could bring energy to the D sitting while older smaller vets are playing - WHY?
Why is Spragan playing or rather taking up space at OLB? Do we not have someone else that can bring some energy there and maybe actually make a tackle.
Why don't Bell or Allen get a chance to start? How long does Tillman have to flounder around before they do?
Why is Hadnot still at center when he cannot get the calls right? Is there nobody around that can call the correct blocking assignments? It's not like he is blowing people off the ball - he is killing us at center. Can't a vet like Jeno James at least make the calls?
Why does Barnes or a 2nd TE play instead of a 3rd or 4th WR? Why not spread the D out and expose some weaknesses or mismatches. The D can't line 8 guys in the box if we spread guys out? Keeping 7-8 guys in tight obviously isn't working - do we think it magically will someday or other teams won't notice our weakness?
Why is McMike being asked to block 75% of the time? If your game plan involves him doing that then you have already lost. First he cannot block and second you are taking a play making receiving threat away. You are not even giving the D something to worry about.
Why is our O so bad picking up a blitz? Do we ever blitz our D in practice against our O? Have they never seen a blitz before? I'm sorry but it ain't that hard to scheme against. We have video of the other teams - c'mon guys - put a hat on someone - why are we struggling that bad? I still go back to center since they are the QB of the line.
