Just for fun: T-hill Homer vs T-hill Debbie

Are there more Tannehill "Super Homers" or Tannehill "Super Debbies"

There both annoying.

Looking at things objectively is one thing, but once you get blinded by either side of the argument you look idiotc. The homers who think nothing is his fault or the downers who blame him for everything and can never see anything but the bad. There both equally annoying.

Agreed. In my opinion there are a lot more blind Tannehill homers than there are super hateful Debbies. The Debbies just feel they have to really stress their point and some of them be really annoying because there are a lot less of them and they feel like they need to stress their point. Personally I think both drastic sides are silly. I generally see both sides pretty equally. He is a young growing QB that struggles sometimes but he is behind an awful line with no run game. Hard to tell really

Is this in terms of Finheaven only? As compared to fans 'on the ground,' there are more homers than debbies on FH.

I'm a Debbie, because I do not like to be put through a learning curve or wait which this team has done for over a decade with a QB position.

As far as Tannehill, he does some good things. He is tough as a nail, has not missed a game and has been hit. Today he did some great things, he let it rip which he needs to do, and he ran to gain yards when the hole opened up. But on average he does more bad than good. He does not sustain drives, he does not make good reads consistently and timely throws, he is robotic in the pocket.

As a fan, I am here watching through this guy's learning curve waiting for him to develop, waiting for the offense to start clicking, and I do not like it. I am down on him because he is not the answer right now and I have no clue whether he will be soon. I tend to believe he will not be.

More homers. He doesn't make any special thros at all. He sucks going down field. That's why he's average. He misses at least one easy deep throw a game. He's a dink and dunk guy. That's all he is. Lots of yards throwing passes any nfl qb can make. He missed Wallace twice again today.

I don't know. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I would like to give the kid another year with a real offensive line, an actual running game, healthy full complement of weapons, and a better offensive coordinator.

How many games is it going to take, to see we can't score more than 20 points a game.

2, 3, 4, 5 more seasons....?

Put me down as a doubting Debbie too....!

Did you see what the Patriots did to the Broncos....?

Why wont the Dolphins make a change at the QB position?

It stands to reason that when the fans know the hopes they have for their team hinge predominantly on the development of one player, that player will be viewed through rose-colored glasses by the vast majority unless and until it's determined beyond a reasonable doubt that he simply has little if any chance to succeed.

It also stands to reason that in today's age of instant gratification, that player won't be viewed fairly by some who have an unrealistic time table for definitive results or who lack an ability to look at the big picture in his development.
