I posted this earlier on another thread, but it may not be
seen there...

I am not so sure at this point a coaching change would do
any good. But who am I? ... personally believe in running
against the herd.... and I personally believe Dave W. has
done his best to anticapate everything. After all who could
have known that last years OL would be this way?

Could Dave W have drafted or signed another LT or WR? Sure
but hind sight is as they say...better.

But speaking hypotethically and in no way as a reflection on
Dave W.

How about Sonny Lubick from Colorado State University.
Wasn't there some talk a few years ago about him being a
great canadate for the NFL.

And wasn't he a coach for Jimmy Johnson during the Miami
Hurricane years? On the Defense I believe...

Good point but Nails was coming a major injury that needs almost two years before a complete injury.

Dixon is injury prone (in fact the most injury prone player I've seen).

They've been trying to replace Ruddy for a long time because his play declines each year. Remember the Olin Kreutz saga ?

Perry isn't a great player and they tried to replace him.

Wade isn't the greatest RT out there, but he's not the worse lineman in Miami.

They had to be concern about that line. They had the responsability to upgrade it.

They had to do something about the WRs too.

Chambers hasn't prove to be a #1.

The only reason McKnight is still here is because they can't cut him (too much cap hit).

Thompson has played 3-4 good game in Washington and they tought he would be a weapon here.

They didn't resign the only threat at WR they had the last few years and the players didn't like that.

The staff needs to take the blame for the team underachieving.
