Mark Shlereth just said NE is the team to beat and the sleeper will be The Jets with a Wild Card birth....they just bigged up Tom brady, Randy Moss, Welker, and Faulk as the most explosive 3rd down back...All they mentioned was that Miami won the division last year...Why do they still doubt us? is it because we dont have any glearing stars and its kinda taboo to be a fan in the media for our team? He also was a big fan of Rex Ryan and his comments. Wow at Rex saying if he was younger he would deal with Crowder.
 
I just made a thread about this as well. I think it's bull**** how they brush aside that we won the division last year. The way they said it was like "they just made the playoffs", we won the ****ing division.

ahaha yeah man, but I always thought our team played better under pressure. I guess Dolphins have been losing for so long now that making the playoffs must have been a fluke.. I wanna say if we dont make the playoffs this year that we have digressed in our progress. But to mention NE and Jets over us right now isnt really accurate. What are we judging that off of? Last year or before last year. Its like they didnt really pay attention to last year
 
who cares what they think over at Pats HQ (ESPN). All i know is this Dolphins Team is a Young, well conditioned, big and strong as hell, talented, well coached, and with a MAJOR CHIP ON THERE SHOULDER. I can hear Sparano out there on the Field now in practice, Hey Joey, Hey Jason you guys aint got a chance in Hell against Brady, Moss and the Boys, or how about Hey Jake, Hey Ronnie, Seymour and Bruschi are gonna kick your ***** this season, GET MY POINT!!!
I hope they add FUEL TO THIS FIRE all season LONG!!!!

In all seriousness i get annoyed as hell watching ESPN because they are the factory for bull****. The Jets got Favre and last year they automatically became the favorite to win the AFC, are you serious? They weren't even the best team in their division let alone the AFC.
 
I hope they take a picture of it and put it on a wall with the rest of the disrespect they get. More fuel for the fire.
 
I'm kind of glad that everybody doubts us. It's all about motivation.

I don't think they doubt the possibilities for Miami this year and I agree that the JETS won't be in the mix this year, but the division was not won by winning more games that the 2nd (and 3rd place team) but due to a 3 team tie-breaker scenario. If Miami had won the division by two or more games, I would suspect that the "experts" would be picking Miami again this year. IMO, the JETS were lucky to be where they were at the end of last season.

You also have to remember that the Patriots had the same record as the Dolphins with a QB that hadn't started a football game since high school. While no one knows for sure how Brady will do this season, you have to be kidding yourself if you think the Patriots, should TB be back to his old form (or very close to it), won't be the team to beat.
 
Why do guys torture yourself watching ESPN and especially NFL Live? It is a network run by morons who's anchors follow their directions instead of expressing their real opinions.

Frankly, I hope everybody in the league "misunderestimates" us.
