first i want to start off with the great news of us having so much money to spend this yera taht we can finally have some great players that will compliment our other players and help them become great as well. Such as a tandem of Hamlin and Samuels for instance will boost up the play of both of our allens and potentially turn this secondary into a great strenght of ours rather then a weakness. I rather get Trufant then Samuels honestly.

2nd, I have an idea for Finheaven Leaders/Mods that I believe is a good idea.

I have posted for a long time now and this is about the 3rd offseason where I have given a mock of what I believe we can do and who we can target with the money we have left and people tend to respond with harsh posts, attacking the poster, ignorant comments, and pointless thread jacking that leads to other members joining the bandwagon of clowning the others because they say this "isn't madden." If miami does walk away with 2 big FA this offseason as I said is possible I think it has reached a point where after 3 offseasons I have given great insight and information regarding the teams situation and it tends to get blown off by members who think they know what they are talking about that leads to them giving out wrong information and in return clowning those that know what they are talking about. 3 years of being on par with my statement i believe its time for Finheaven to start recognizing these people and have some sort of a banner or signature so people can see that the poster is very credible and knowledgable so people can stop attacking them. Such members as boomer, CK, Clumpy and KB that have a good rep with great information but past them no one notices anyone else. I think this would be a great way to keep people in line and respectful of evreyone and especially of those that usually are good for their posts when all they are trying to do is giving good information. I think its a great idea because after a while people are going to stop posting when all they are doing is giving information to help people learn about where the team stands. Just a thought, Feedback would be awesome! :beer1:

I know your credible buddy. Don't let some of these people get to you because everyones opinions vary and most of the post here are just that. Some people enjoy being critics and take it a little too far but you have to ignore them.

thanks dude. i dono i thought its a great idea for people to recognize other posters.

I'm sorry but "Miami walks away with 2 big FA" is hardly earthshattering news. And harsh as this may sound, there are about 500 people in VIP alone who contribute more. I'm not "clowning" you, but seriously.........you've been running people down all over the forum and now you want protection for a load of stuff mainly written in text speak?

The more attentive of the details of the site beyond the posts you quickly learn who has insightful things to say. That being said, its also easy to see how some people's posts get them a reputation of reading over their next post.

on the forum you are who you are, most are very pattern based. People such as boomer, ck , cnc always have great insight and therefore your more in tune to read what they have to say about any given topic.

However it works the other way too, posters who habitually post negative, non insightful stuff you tend to skip over...

You become your own filter and disreguard the unimportant posts, that are generally users opinions. Its not a personal thing.

Edit: and if what your talking about is strength of post based on mod approval visit http://forum.calgarypuck.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6 its a forum for the Calgary Flames of the NHL. They have two categories for which posters get either A: Experience "squares" and B: Skill "Squares"

The experience is for number of posts, and the skill is coloured for strength of post. For example one red square for skill is for a poster who has good information for the community as a whole, the grey square is for the average contributor but doesn't do anything exceptional, ie: stats , charts. The blue square is for someone who has redundant, negative, other posters critical posts. When you read a thread you can easily see blue squares posters from one red or two red square posters and know what you can expect in terms of quality of posts. it was part of their latest upgrades but I quite enjoy it. Some grey square people (myself included) try to contribute so that we can advance to red square, but the mods don't just give them away.

Hope that helps.

What "other" players? We just Cut the best linebacker in Miami Dolphins history. We have an over priced thug at another LB spot. We have question marks at all spots on offense (Ronnie's knee is a huge question mark) and more than 3/4 of the spots on defense. We essentially have NO PLAYERS anymore that I have attachments to other than Jason Taylor. So what you meant to say is we have enough money to go out and buy a team.

I'm sorry ididnt know you wanted me to go into FULL DEPTH of what I had covered and said had I done that this post would have been 5 times longer hten it already is. I got to the point that was the point of just saying that "miami walks away iwth 2 etc etc" stuff. I've posted names and players miami would go for, ppl they are interested in, people they can afford for the psat 3 offseasons and ppl say thats a madden dream not happening.

I even mentioned about 7 of hte players miami CAN sign in sabans first year and ppl CLAIMED we couldnt sign more then 3 players and not 1 of those 3 were capable of being a top guy in the class of FA that year. Next time Ill make sure to post out EVERY DETAIL. Sorry buddy I didn't feel the urge to post a novel like you and many others do so. I get tired.

who have i run down? plz elaborate before you post such a thing, thanks. I dono if that was a personal attack because I said in a diff thread you kept argueing how GREAT of a NT dorsey would be in a 3-4 and Long is only a RT and i arguesd the opposite and now all of a sudden I was right according to many sources, scouts, analyst, experts as oppose to your opinion you shouldn't get upset. you aren't ALWAYS right buddy, its not a big deal.

I'm assuming you mean PORTER to be the thug? lmaoo hes a thug? do you know the definition of a thug? or are you using ur street rap scene slang term?

Or are you saint and does no wrong type of person. Is JP a thug for being a loud mouth? or getting into a fight? I'm sure you have gotten into a fight at one point in your life and if you havne't I'm sure you woudl have if you knew you could kick some arse.

Allen can become a great number 2 behind a shut down CB, Satele can become a great C after a rookie year and along wiht help at LG unlike he got from liewinski last year. RB can become a great Rb if stays healthy behind a great line. Beck can be good wiht enough time to throw unlike last yeras 1.5 second span. J allen can do great things after finally getting playing time and not playing alongside Worrell a ST. carey can become great iwth great help from the G spot, Ginn can become great with a line that allows him to finish off his routes so the QB can throw him the ball. get it? and that was just the beginning.

Personally I think its a great idea cuz people get recognized and respected.

On this board ppl taht are known to have good info tend to be very big headed adn ****y and unless a poster kisses their arse by saying how they love this dude before the post and at the end of the post the poster doesnt reply frequently or even at all to the poster with a nice remark but rather rudely. Maybe if they see they aren't the only ones with knowledge they might get set back to reality instead of E Net Confidence and ****yness.

 Simply upgrade to VIP, receive your badge, and join such members as Boomer, CK, Clumpy and KB while posting freely w/out the worry of "harsh posts, attacking the poster, ignorant comments, and pointless thread jacking".

BTW, if you or anyone else see a post in this forum which you deem inappropriate please report it and a mod will review it.

I think people need to get a life if they are worried about getting recognized on a place like fin heaven. Even though i like this site it is not a fact place it is more of an opinion place ... So stop worrying about what other people think and start worrying about putting good threads of OPINION because none of us work for the dolphins.
