Now I'm not doing this to prove a point, but just something I found funny when people complain about drafting offensive linemen in the first round. The San Francisco 49ers just advanced to the NFC Champinship Game. Here's their starting OL

Joe Staley-1st Rounder
Mike Iupati-1st Rounder
Jonathan Goodwin-5th Rounder (9ers got via FA)
Adam Snyder- 3rd Rounder
Anthony Davis- 1st Rounder

How bout the Pats?
Nate Solder-1st Round
Brian Waters-Undrafted but 10 year vet
Dan Connolly-Undrafted (subbing for injured Pro Bowler Dan Koppen who was a 5th rounder)
Logan Mankins-1st Rounder
Matt Light- 2nd Rounder

Ravens?
Bryant McKinnie-1st Rounder
Ben Grubbs- 1st Rounder
Matt Birk- 6th Rounder
Marshall Yanda- 3rd Rounder
Michael Oher- 1st Rounder

Heres why people complain about drafting 1st round offensive linemen:

Jake Long 1st round
Richie Incognito 3rd round
Mike Pouncey 1st round
Vernon Carey - 1st round
Marc Colombo - 1st round

I'm sure not many people realize we had 4 first rounders playing our line last season...And even with that, they still sucked. Whats missing in all of this is that sometimes, a really good QB can make a bad/decent offensive line look good. We've drafted/signed enough linemen in the first round. Time to look in another round (Which you can find good guys) and finally get a QB.

Who cares where their picked, just get it fixed. If DeCastro is our next 1st round Olineman then so be it, we need this Oline to dominate especially with our QB situation!
