I live in Dallas, and just found out today that the Phins/Jets game will be televised locally!
Since moving to the land of the CowPokes 9 years ago, I don't get to see many Phins games. It wasn't so bad when they were a competitive team, but lately it's been nearly impossible to seem them without going to a sports bar (and betting the bartender to change the channel). Now, at least I know I'll be able to see at least one game, and it should be a good one!
Just wanted to share my excitement here with folks that would understand. I tried to tell it to some of my co-workers, only to get the response "So? What time to the Cowboys play?"
I've already told my wife that she and the kids need to find something to do outside of the house on Sunday afternoon. It's just going to be me, an extra large pizza, and plenty of snacks and drinks.
