Yea, he was just released. Maybe an IR move if he is not claimed.

Yep, just loved his hustle this preseason, think we need at least one proven guy as depth in case one of our starters go down.

Not to mention in terms of play style Mosely is the type of plugger that complements Suh pretty well.

Notes:
* I was going to cut CJ Mosley as a vested vet, but I declined. I think he makes it so there is vet in the DT rotation and his previous connection to Tannenbaum and Suh might be enough to save him. I could see him getting cut and brought back after Week One.
* Keeping Matt Hazel. Jennings will be cut next offseason and Matthews is a FA. Parker, Landry, Stills and Hazel is a nice place to start for the receiving group.
* #3 TE could be cut outright and improved based on other cuts.
* Not going to be shocked if Jason Fox is released.
* Tripp is in a fight for roster time, but is injured too much. Plus, I like showing future undrafteds they have a legit shot in Miami. I am keeping Vigil and Hull.
* Bowman needs to make this team. Another vet is needed at CB and he adds to special teams. Will Davis cannot cover ultimately. That said, I could be convinced to keep Davis over Mosley. A team can never have enough DB's.
* I want to see Paysinger, Bowman and Don Jones make the team...core special teamers. This unit could be special if Darren Rizzi gets some of the current players on this roster.

Here are my picks and predictions. I have beaten Omar Kelly 3 years straight. Lets see how I do. At least none of my picks have been cut...YET...lol.

If a veteran kicker game free, I would contemplate keeping Franks as a KO specialist and having the vet handle all kicks...(if Carpenter is cut, I would jump on him).

Pretty much mine exactly. I also like Luc. He is tenacious and very good at forcing fumbles. Would be good to have him against the jets and bills when they try running it down our throats.
