Conversely, what did you see tonight that makes you feel that Henne won't play better. He wasn't stellar, but he wasn't bad either. You are trying to manufacture an argument to support your negative opinion of him. The only poor throw he made was the 2nd int. His receiver was open, but he didn't put any touch on the ball to drop it in. Other than that, he was solid, considering the run game was stuffed.
I haven't seen any of you Henne critics lay any blame on Fasano for the 1st int. Geez, you'd think your starting TE could catch an easy pass that hits him right in the chest.
On the overthrow to Hartline, Henne correctly read man to man coverage and he threw a fade down the rt sideline, but Hartline ran a square in. That's just preseason mis-communication.
Honestly, some of you over react to everything.

I didnt watch or listen to the game. but just saw the highlights on ESPN. That throw should have never gone in that direction. double coverage.
But I see one glaring thing, which i suspected would happen and that is we mailed this game in. Sparano said it. The first team in all phases stunk. we mailed it in. body language is 90% of communication. I expect some more good stuff than bad in next home game.

Agreed, but I would be surprised if Henne can shake off all of the bad coaching of the past two years in time to prevent Moore from taking his job. Just saying.

so you miss the point. the first team in all phases mailed it in. Moore will win nothing because this game isnt even considered anything to the coaches. They are going into practice thinking New England while the whole world talks up NE and talks us down.
WE DONT CARE. Onward towards getting this offense down without showing too much. they showed 4/5 WR sets. But no B Marshall and Bush or real starting OL doesnt mean much.
BTW, I also noticed our second stringers in after the first Atlanta TD at 8 minutes into 1st qtr. Culver was in with Baker and others I could not even recoginize.
Cant wait to see the game tommorrow and come back to reality.
Typical Finhell nature to overreact to every negative. But I am noticing some things from this game and New England game, and that is the home team is putting on a show while the other team is playing tittlywinks cus its the first preseason after being together for 10 days.
ATL came with the Blitz finally we came with presssure but Ryan was out by then
